Description

  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on company direction and priorities.
  • Oversee organizational performance, governance, and enterprise risk.
  • Represent and prioritize stakeholder interests at the board level.
  • Serve on board committees as needed (examples: Audit, Compensation, Nominating & Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity).
  • Support board-level decisions on growth strategy, capital planning, M&A, talent, and operating cadence.
  • Contribute independently and collaboratively to board deliberations and decision-making.
  • Prepare for and participate in board and committee meetings consistent with role-specific time commitments.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience (senior director, VP, functional leader, founder, C-suite, GM) or prior board service.
  • Clear domain expertise and demonstrated strong judgment.
  • Ability to contribute both independently and collaboratively in governance settings.
  • Willingness and availability for a time commitment that typically ranges from ~10 hours per quarter up to 15 hours per week depending on role and committee load.
  • Willingness to serve on relevant committees (e.g., Audit, Compensation, Risk, Cybersecurity) as required by the role.
  • Willingness to engage in outreach and a validation process; submit contact details and a one-line summary of board-relevant experience.
  • Accept that time commitment and compensation vary by organization and will be disclosed during outreach; provide additional materials only when requested.
