Description

  • Manage a portfolio of Flemish-speaking dealership accounts with a strong focus on retention and zero churn.
  • Drive pilot programmes from initial adoption through to long-term commercial agreements.
  • Act as the primary trusted contact for assigned clients and maintain disciplined follow-up on client concerns.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and track measurable performance outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Lead commercial conversations for new site launches, additional use cases, and broader rollout opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing dealership accounts.
  • Own the full implementation cycle, including kick-off, setup, training, and go-live.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support successful rollouts and resolve operational issues.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable input for internal technical teams.
  • Manage client expectations around product functionality and customisation options.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups.
  • Fluent Flemish/Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, operations/change consulting, or project/programme management with customer responsibility.
  • Strong project management skills, including structured planning, top-down thinking, tight timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and data, including tracking performance, analysing metrics, and making informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership sites across Belgium.
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Calm and resourceful in solving problems independently, while knowing when to escalate strategically.
  • Willingness to learn the product in depth in order to explain value clearly and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or fast-growing technology startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures is preferred.
  • Background in consulting, such as strategy, operations, or change management, is preferred.
  • A degree from a leading business school or engineering university is preferred.
  • Automotive sector exposure, including dealerships, OEMs, or aftermarket businesses, is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and a results-driven approach is preferred.
