Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently from business development through placement.
  • Build and grow a personal recruitment operation in the Swiss market.
  • Develop client relationships and generate new business through an existing professional network.
  • Leverage Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office infrastructure to run day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with global partners on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Use marketing resources and campaign support to promote services in the local market.
  • Maintain compliance with local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a sustainable and profitable recruitment business over time.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience, with a minimum of 5 years required.
  • Demonstrated success with independent full-cycle recruitment and successful placements.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or active business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business, managing P&L, or maintaining an established network is desirable.
