Description

  • Define and evolve the technical architecture for the team’s fintech products.
  • Lead the development of microservices-based systems with scalability, resilience, and security in mind.
  • Develop and review backend code in TypeScript and frontend code in React and Angular.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, from design and development through deployment and production operations.
  • Partner with Product to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Make technical decisions in trade-off scenarios involving speed to market, quality, technical debt, and scalability.
  • Drive best practices in testing, observability, CI/CD, and security.
  • Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Staff engineer.
  • Experience building products with AI and using AI tools for development.
  • Strong command of TypeScript and solid experience with React and/or Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, Risk, and Operations.
  • Ability to work with high autonomy and own both technical and business outcomes.
  • Willingness to make occasional office visits in CABA Microcentro, Calle Esmeralda, Buenos Aires.
  • Bonus: experience building solutions in Go and Python.
  • Bonus: fintech experience in payments, credit, scoring, or financial platforms.
  • Bonus: knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging, or streaming.
  • Bonus: passion for building products from scratch.
  • Bonus: background in scalability, performance, and high availability.
