Description

  • Build scalable, event-driven, and resilient microservices.
  • Design and implement systems where multiple AI agents collaborate autonomously with human intervention when needed.
  • Reduce technical debt through development best practices, code reviews, and automation.
  • Integrate CI/CD routines using GitLab and modern pipelines.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs to prevent hallucinations.
  • Contribute to the design of AI-first commercial processes for the Brazilian operation.
  • Understand business logic and align technical solutions with commercial goals.
  • Act as a reference for engineering best practices and foster a collaborative technical environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on back end development.
  • Solid experience with Java or Go.
  • Knowledge of microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
  • Strong critical thinking, autonomy, and product mindset.
  • Ability to work in Spanish and collaborate with distributed teams remotely.
  • Experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or other AI technologies applied to software development is a plus.
  • Background integrating AI into workflows is preferred.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Bias for action and ability to move fast with incomplete information.
