Description

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support candidate tracking and maintain recruiting documentation.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
  • Assist with internal HR initiatives, programs, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Participate in diversity committee initiatives and culture-focused projects that promote DEIB, employee well-being, and engagement.
  • Support HR projects, onboarding activities, and training programs as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to respectfully give and receive feedback at all levels of the organization.
  • Part-time availability of up to 20 hours per week for the summer of 2026.

Benefits

  • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour starting pay range.
  • Part-time internship schedule of up to 20 hours per week.
