Description

  • Support global IT asset administration and procurement across hardware, software, and service contracts.
  • Administer and optimize ITAM tools such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, and Autotask to track asset lifecycle, usage, and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain systems of record for software licenses, entitlements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate logistics for asset delivery, deployment, and disposal.
  • Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline asset tracking, predictive maintenance, and reporting.
  • Implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow workflows, or RPA tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM data with CMDB and financial systems.
  • Collaborate with the EUT team to identify new technology standards and vendors that improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT asset management, asset lifecycle management, procurement, compliance, or inventory governance.
  • Experience administering leading ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, Autotask, SCCM, or JAMF.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of software license compliance, contract management, inventory control, and audit readiness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including dashboards and data modeling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • ITAM certifications such as IAITAM or ITIL are preferred, and certifications or experience in AI, Automation, or RPA tools are a plus.
