Description

  • Lead global IT asset administration and procurement across hardware, software, and service contracts.
  • Administer and optimize ITAM tools such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, and Autotask.
  • Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain systems of record for software licenses, entitlements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
  • Drive sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate logistics for asset delivery, deployment, and disposal.
  • Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline asset tracking, predictive maintenance, and reporting.
  • Implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow workflows, or RPA tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM data with CMDB and financial systems.
  • Work with the EUT team to identify new technology standards and vendors to improve user experience.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for ITAM team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Asset Management with expertise in asset lifecycle management, procurement, compliance, and inventory governance.
  • Proven track record administering ITAM platforms and optimizing asset utilization.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, Autotask, SCCM, or JAMF.
  • Experience with automation and AI tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and data modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of software license compliance, audits, contract management, and inventory control.
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • TAM certifications such as IAITAM or ITIL preferred, and AI, Automation, or RPA certifications or experience are a plus.
