Description

  • Partner with the General Manager and business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic decision support.
  • Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year long-term planning for the business unit.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPI monitoring, scenario analysis, and stress tests.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across product development, support, and delivery.
  • Allocate capital effectively to support growth initiatives and improve long-term profitability and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to align financial strategy with operational priorities.
  • Develop scalable financial models to support data-driven decisions and SaaS metrics such as ARR growth, churn reduction, and LTV/CAC optimization.
  • Lead the team responsible for monthly financial reporting, annual planning, and pricing decisions for new product launches.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields, with significant experience supporting a high-growth business unit or a background in management consulting.
  • Experience with SaaS or high-tech companies, especially subscription revenue models, strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with general managers or senior operational leaders to drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using Excel, SQL, or financial planning software such as Oracle EPBCS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and challenges.
