Description

  • Own the revenue, cost drivers, unit economics, and product-level P&L for core lending products.
  • Present monthly business performance and investment priorities to executive leadership.
  • Define go-to-market, positioning, pricing, channel, and launch strategies across customer segments.
  • Lead launches for product features, underwriting enhancements, and market expansions while measuring outcomes.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on pricing, product features, underwriting, and market approaches.
  • Define and communicate a rolling 12–18-month product vision and prioritized roadmap.
  • Partner with Product Delivery, Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to execute the roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to decisioning, underwriting, offers, and borrower communications.
  • Ensure product plans address regulatory and compliance requirements, including borrower data and adverse-action reasoning.
  • Lead, hire, develop, evaluate, and manage a team of product managers, including succession and career planning.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or lending, including full product P&L ownership.
  • Director- or VP-level experience leading multi-product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success improving approval rate, conversion rate, renewal rate, LTV, customer acquisition cost, and other financial metrics.
  • Deep understanding of small-business or consumer lending economics, underwriting, pricing, defaults, renewals, and portfolio performance.
  • Experience owning go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel strategy, launch planning, and competitive positioning for financial products.
  • Experience in a regulated financial-services environment, including familiarity with UDAAP, fair lending, adverse-action notifications, and CFPB guidelines.
  • Experience partnering with an Agile Product Delivery organization and understanding Product Manager versus Product Owner responsibilities.
  • Ability to present strategies, analyses, and business cases clearly to executive leadership and drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop product managers and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

  • Base salary range of $187,200–$300,300.
  • Annual incentive compensation eligibility of up to 20%.
