Description

  • Define product roadmaps using business strategy, competitive analysis, and customer requirements.
  • Own the product and product development lifecycles from discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, migration, and end-of-life.
  • Develop requirements, user stories, PRDs, prototypes, and success metrics while managing the product backlog.
  • Lead customer discovery, use-case development, feature validation, and iterative delivery across commercial and public-sector segments.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and distributed product teams on launches and enablement.
  • Drive AI-native product capabilities, including model selection, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and analyst time-to-value measurement.
  • Guide usability and user-interface direction, and participate in design, development, testing, and deployment reviews.
  • Support strategic proofs of concept, customer briefings, product demonstrations, QBRs, and field training.
  • Advise on positioning, pricing, messaging, competitive materials, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer on portfolio strategy, product decisions, and North American customer priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise products.
  • U.S. citizenship required to support public-sector customers and FedRAMP-authorized environments.
  • Technical bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products or custom solutions, including 0-to-1 experience.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority and working effectively in a startup environment.
  • Cybersecurity product experience preferred, especially with Threat Intelligence, TIP, SOAR, SIEM, or related enterprise security products.
  • Experience shipping products for U.S. federal, state, or local governments, with working knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate/High, ATO processes, GovCloud, IL4/IL5, boundary controls, and continuous monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML features; knowledge of model tradeoffs, latency, hallucination risk, evaluation pipelines, RAG, fine-tuning, or agent frameworks.
  • Understanding of LLM agent architectures, including tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Fluency in SOC, CTI, threat hunting, incident response, and CISO workflows, tools, and buying processes; willingness to travel approximately 15–25% domestically.
