Description

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from sales support and scoping through closing.
  • Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into detailed project plans.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex implementations.
  • Maintain project plans and related documentation throughout execution.
  • Partner closely with Client Success to drive delivery of implementation plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors, customers, Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
  • Drive the use of project management methodologies, tools, and internal processes.
  • Identify scope changes, change orders, and budget updates, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements to strengthen project delivery.
  • Support the expansion of Kalepa’s project management practice and implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of project management experience.
  • Professional experience implementing enterprise-class SaaS/AI software.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management required.
  • Proven leadership ability; management experience is not required.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Prior external client-facing experience required.
  • Understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing.
  • Professional experience in insurance, financial services, technology implementations, or consulting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some travel required.
