Description

  • Partner with executives, customers, and subject matter experts to identify insights and develop differentiated market narratives.
  • Write, edit, and publish content across blogs, newsletters, research reports, webinars, customer stories, case studies, landing pages, sales enablement assets, and emerging formats.
  • Build and manage executive and subject matter expert thought leadership programs, including planning, interviewing, ghostwriting, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Own SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability across search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
  • Experiment with new formats, channels, and audience growth initiatives and use data to guide future investment decisions.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to speed up production and research while maintaining editorial quality, accuracy, and original thinking.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance to refine strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Help shape Kalepa’s marketing function from the ground up while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or thought leadership roles.
  • Experience building content systems, not just creating individual content assets.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or industry-specific topics.
  • Experience creating content that supports business goals such as SEO growth, audience growth, executive visibility, demand generation, or pipeline influence.
  • Strong ghostwriting skills and the ability to adapt tone and voice across different stakeholders.
  • Excellent editorial instincts and a high standard for clarity, structure, accuracy, and quality.
  • Naturally curious, experimental, and data-driven, with comfort testing ideas and learning from results.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience writing data-driven stories, research-based content, or industry analysis.
  • Remote work location in Canada.

  • Base salary of $130K-$148K, with final compensation determined by experience, interview performance, and geographic location.
