Description

  • Set strategy and drive execution for major product areas within Kalepa’s core platform.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical partners to deliver product vision.
  • Add oversight and rigor to product and engineering processes.
  • Drive forward strategic enterprise integrations in a hands-on capacity.
  • Define and own the long-term product roadmap.
  • Mentor other product managers and help strengthen the product function.
  • Contribute to Kalepa’s culture and commercial success.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence executive stakeholders on product and architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently set strategy, define, and ship complex software products at scale.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand user problems in detail.
  • First-principles thinking to break down complex needs into clear, scalable workflows.
  • Data-driven approach that combines quantitative and qualitative insights in ambiguous environments.
  • Enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience.
  • Experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth (preferred).
  • Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product (preferred).
  • Computer science or engineering background (preferred).
  • Remote work from EST or CST preferred.
