Description

Set strategy and drive execution for major product areas within Kalepa’s core platform.
Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical partners to deliver product vision.
Add oversight and rigor to product and engineering processes.
Drive forward strategic enterprise integrations in a hands-on capacity.
Define and own the long-term product roadmap.
Mentor other product managers and help strengthen the product function.
Contribute to Kalepa’s culture and commercial success.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence executive stakeholders on product and architectural decisions.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
Ability to independently set strategy, define, and ship complex software products at scale.
Strong customer focus and ability to understand user problems in detail.
First-principles thinking to break down complex needs into clear, scalable workflows.
Data-driven approach that combines quantitative and qualitative insights in ambiguous environments.
Enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience.
Experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth (preferred).
Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product (preferred).
Computer science or engineering background (preferred).
Remote work from EST or CST preferred.
