Description

  • Lead one Scrum team as the Product Manager.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project.
  • Create requirements in the form of epics and stories.
  • Manage the backlog and iteration planning process, prioritizing deliverables based on business value, regulatory deadlines, and operational impact.
  • Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Identify and mitigate impediments affecting release and sprint goals.
  • Support the team and organization by applying agile and scrum best practices and promoting agile values.
  • Partner with product management and business stakeholders to maintain a product backlog aligned to business value or ROI.
  • Analyze regulatory and financial requirements and work with compliance, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure reporting implementation meets obligations.
  • Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology environment or on software products.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset with active use of AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Solid agile experience.
  • Proven ability to define requirements that identify business challenges and the technical and business changes needed to address them.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
  • Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with betting and gaming is a plus.
