Description

  • Own product features and development through the full lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Work with customers and customer success teams to identify, prioritize, and solve customer problems.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to iterate on existing products.
  • Analyze data and conduct market research to inform product decisions.
  • Track trends and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales on product development and launches.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering products end to end.
  • Experience with SaaS B2B products and complex systems.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in product management work such as research, prototyping, spec writing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to balance customer empathy with strong analytical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new technical and business information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or economics with advanced Excel skills is an advantage.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for data analysis is an advantage.
