Description

  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
  • Define product requirements using customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to guide future development.
  • Ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and issues.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience in or around the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in product management software and tools.
  • Experience in tax accounting or financial services is preferred.
  • Product management certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation in the SaaS industry is preferred.
