Description

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across benefits verification, prior authorization, patient onboarding, adherence, refill management, and call center or pharmacist workflows.
  • Translate business pain points into clear problem statements and opportunity areas.
  • Convert ideas into testable hypotheses and design MVPs and pilots using AI/LLM capabilities, workflow automation, and data-driven decisioning.
  • Run fast prototype-to-test-to-learn-to-refine experimentation cycles and define success metrics.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through solution design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to build scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Integrate AI into real workflows and ensure usability for frontline users such as pharmacists, agents, and care teams.
  • Bridge communication between business, operations, clinical stakeholders, and technology teams.
  • Design solutions with human-in-the-loop controls that fit existing systems such as CRM, workflow tools, and call center platforms.
  • Measure operational efficiency, experience, and business outcomes, then scale successful pilots into broader deployment.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Strong healthcare domain experience, preferably in pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, patient services, HUB services, or payer/PBM ecosystems.
  • Experience working in a payer background.
  • Proven experience with data-driven or AI-enabled products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive rapid experimentation and MVP delivery.
  • Strong ability to work across business, clinical, and technical teams.
  • Experience with Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), or patient onboarding workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with call center or omnichannel patient engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLMs or Generative AI applications, workflow automation tools, and modern data platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments, including HIPAA and compliance constraints, is preferred.
