Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties while following documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with organized, timely updates and communication.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work within project scope and service expectations.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and encouraging team feedback.
  • Coordinate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and performance.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems and devices to deliver fully operational solutions.
  • Provide basic operational training to customers on installed systems.
  • Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems on assigned projects.
  • Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunication knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Previous experience completing projects within scope.
  • Previous experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
