Description

Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to maintain installation and service standards.
Manage project and service tickets, providing timely updates and organized follow-through.
Own assigned tasks by understanding project scopes and service expectations and delivering results on schedule.
Lead installation teams by delegating work, mentoring Level 1 installers, and encouraging feedback for improvement.
Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support smooth project execution.
Configure, program, and commission devices and management platforms to deliver fully operational systems.
Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) on products before installation to verify quality and performance.
Apply experience with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems across project work.
Provide basic customer training on system operation and support.
Take on additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
Hands-on field experience from prior work.
Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
Ability to read architectural drawings.
Team management or supervisor experience.
Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
Previous knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Advanced skills, training, certifications, and leadership ability are expected for this Level II role.
