Description

  • Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client technical challenges remotely via phone, chat, or email.
  • Perform on-site support as needed.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software systems.
  • Track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Update and maintain client information and documentation in internal systems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and help ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with clients while delivering professional technical support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT.
  • Previous call center experience required.
  • Managed service provider experience preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to support clients remotely and on-site.
  • Familiarity with tracking issues and maintaining documentation in a ticketing system.
