Description

Execute Level I installer duties while following documentation and installation standards.
Manage project and service tickets with organized, timely updates aligned to assignments.
Own assigned tasks with a clear understanding of project scope and service expectations.
Lead installation teams by delegating work within team capabilities and maintaining productivity.
Mentor Level I installers and support continuous improvement through feedback and guidance.
Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
Work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems on client projects.
Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify product quality and performance.
Configure and commission systems to deliver fully operational solutions for clients.
Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high-voltage and/or low-voltage systems.
Hands-on field experience from prior work experience.
Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
Ability to read architectural drawings.
Team management or supervisor experience.
Experience completing projects within scope.
Experience with service ticketing processes.
Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
