Description

  • Execute Level I installer responsibilities while following detailed documentation and service standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, providing timely updates and organized task tracking.
  • Own assigned project scopes and service expectations, delivering work on schedule and to standard.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks and supporting team productivity.
  • Mentor Level I installers and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
  • Configure, program, and commission systems and devices for successful project completion.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) before installation to verify quality and performance.
  • Train customers on basic system operations after commissioning.
  • Accept additional duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and working with service ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
