Description

  • Execute Level I installer responsibilities while following company documentation and installation standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets, provide timely updates, and keep work organized and on track.
  • Take ownership of assigned project scopes and service expectations to deliver complete results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating tasks appropriately and supporting collaborative team execution.
  • Mentor Level I installers and provide feedback to support their development and performance.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to support smooth project delivery.
  • Configure, program, commission, and test systems and devices before and after installation.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.
  • Work with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products.
  • Provide basic operations training to customers and accept additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high and/or low voltage.
  • Hands-on field experience from prior work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, general networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope and using service ticketing processes.
  • Experience with fire, CCTV, intrusion, or emergency nurse call systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
