Description

  • Own feature design from problem framing and discovery through launch and post-release iteration.
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers on discovery, planning, and prioritization.
  • Design complex flows and interfaces, including onboarding, authentication, security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative research through interviews, usability testing, session recordings, and heatmap analysis.
  • Combine quantitative product insights with qualitative research to define design hypotheses and opportunities.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs.
  • Apply the product design system’s components, tokens, and patterns across web, iOS, and Android.
  • Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages.
  • Document decisions, prepare developer handoffs, and review implementation quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Design experience in product companies, with shipped features.
  • Recent portfolio cases from the last 1–2 years showing end-to-end product work and outcomes.
  • Hands-on qualitative research experience using interviews, usability tests, session recordings, and heatmaps; familiarity with Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces.
  • Experience with onboarding, activation, security and authentication UX, admin tools, B2B dashboards, or partner and referral portals.
  • Experience using funnels and A/B test results to inform design decisions.
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems skills.
  • Advanced Figma proficiency, including auto layout, variants, variables, and prototyping.
  • Experience designing user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, web and mobile products, and multi-language experiences.
  • Ability to present design decisions to stakeholders and proficiency in written and spoken English at B2 level.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI plugins or Claude.
  • Preferred: FinTech experience, gamification, or microinteractions and lightweight animations using Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools.
