Description

  • Create project scopes of work, plans, schedules, and staffing forecasts.
  • Coordinate agency teams, allocate resources, and manage project workflows.
  • Develop timelines, advise on estimates, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, internal reviews, and creative approval processes.
  • Define program requirements and system specifications with internal teams and clients.
  • Track risks, issues, budgets, estimates, overages, delays, and out-of-scope activities.
  • Maintain daily project communications and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Facilitate client presentations and provide recommendations on budget, timing, and production.
  • Enforce agency processes and recommend workflow, system, and software improvements.
  • Provide performance input and maintain strong relationships across diverse agency teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of project or account management experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets.
  • Experience with Workfront and Jira required.
  • Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to continuously learn, evolve, and innovate.
