Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements from early sales collaboration through program closeout.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while monitoring satisfaction and service expectations.
  • Coordinate client-specific onboarding and manage, coach, and support project resources.
  • Create project plans and schedules, distribute work, monitor risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage engagement budgets, burn rates, contracts, work orders, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Ensure project teams follow PDG processes and best practices for quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining targeted utilization and profit margins.

Requirements

  • Experience in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations, is required.
  • Experience designing sales performance solutions is required or preferred as applicable.
  • At least 5 years of learning project management or account management experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable project management tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Ability to work on a project basis as a 1099 contractor or through corp-to-corp engagement.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings.
