Description

  • Manage support tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide office and remote user support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform regular system and application updates.
  • Procure IT equipment and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain office equipment and provide ongoing user support.
  • Monitor and manage backup systems, antivirus software, and other security tools.
  • Use network diagnostic tools to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on commercial experience as a System Administrator with MacOS.
  • Experience supporting VoIP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Mattermost and Slack.
  • Strong knowledge of backup systems and antivirus solutions.
  • Familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in mail software such as Outlook, GMail, or similar.
  • Experience managing and maintaining office hardware and IT equipment.
  • Solid understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide excellent user support.
  • Strong English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems is a plus.
  • Linux administration knowledge is a plus.
