Description

Develop and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
Own the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features.
Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and design teams to clarify business requirements.
Build scalable, stable, and maintainable mobile solutions.
Integrate Android applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
Perform code reviews and help ensure team code quality standards.
Write unit, integration, and UI tests for implemented functionality.
Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
Support and mentor team members.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
Strong experience developing native Android applications.
Understanding of Android application lifecycle and Jetpack components.
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow/StateFlow, Retrofit, OkHttp, and Dagger/Hilt/Koin.
Experience with Room and local data storage solutions.
Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.
Working experience with Git, Gradle, and Android Studio.
Knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines and Material Design principles.
Understanding of asynchronous programming and memory management.
Experience writing unit and UI tests.
Experience with Jetpack Compose (plus).
Experience with Firebase and Google services (plus).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (plus).
Experience with app performance optimization and crash analysis (plus).
Experience in fintech or high-load mobile products (plus).
Knowledge of modern Android development best practices (plus).
