Description

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable backend services for the Asset & SaaS Management platform using Go.
  • Architect and build high-throughput microservices with gRPC and Protobuf for low-latency communication.
  • Own the PostgreSQL data layer by designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement observability pipelines to monitor system health, trace requests, and detect performance degradation.
  • Design asynchronous processing workflows for asset data synchronization using message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
  • Manage and deploy containerized applications with Kubernetes to support high availability and zero-downtime releases.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate asset and SaaS management requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Go best practices and robust error handling.
  • Participate in code reviews and help identify race conditions, memory leaks, and code quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues across a complex microservices architecture using tracing and log analysis.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems and infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), including goroutines, channels, and interface-based design patterns.
  • Proven experience building high-traffic, large-scale SaaS applications where performance and concurrency matter.
  • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including slow query diagnosis, execution plan optimization, and connection pool management.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing gRPC services with Protocol Buffers.
  • Hands-on experience with observability and APM tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience with the full DevOps lifecycle, including Git, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Familiarity with distributed caching strategies such as Redis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in API development and API integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience with CDC tools such as Kafka or Debezium is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is preferred.
  • Contributions to open-source Go projects or libraries are preferred.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Türkiye.
  • Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
  • Participation in on-call shifts is expected.
