Description

  • Monitor and manage inbound technical support queues while meeting designated response times.
  • Triage and resolve customer issues through email support and account-focused troubleshooting.
  • Research technologies and write knowledge base articles for internal and customer self-service use.
  • Identify trends or similarities across support requests and escalate or collaborate with internal teams as needed.
  • Work with peers, mentors, community forums, and internal tools to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Provide direct technical support that helps customers succeed with JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-Service platform.

  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong commitment to customer success.
  • High motivation and willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
  • Genuine interest in technology and cloud-first organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Logical problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to multitask and switch contexts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Availability to work the scheduled shift: Mon-Fri 20:30-05:30 IST (09:00-18:00 MDT).
