Description

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits before appointments.
  • Process prior authorization requests and follow up on approvals.
  • Call insurance companies to coordinate peer-to-peer reviews.
  • Schedule patient appointments as needed.
  • Manage fax communications using RingCentral.
  • Communicate with the internal team using Microsoft Teams and DialPad.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in DrChrono EMR.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations in a U.S. healthcare setting.
  • Experience calling insurance companies and coordinating peer-to-peer reviews.
  • Experience scheduling patient appointments.
  • Proficiency with DrChrono EMR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with DialPad for phone and text communication preferred.
  • Experience with RingCentral for fax management preferred.
  • Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Full-time contractor availability for 40 hours per week.

Benefits

  • Pay of $5 or $6 USD per hour depending on experience.
  • Full-time contractor position.
  • 40-hour workweek.
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
