Description

  • Follow up on more than 3,000 marketing leads generated through Google and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Reactivate inactive patients from an approximately 30-page recall list.
  • Verify out-of-network insurance benefits for patients.
  • Schedule patients to fill available hygiene appointments.
  • Document and track lead and patient follow-up activity in Fuse EMR.
  • Coordinate scheduling handoffs with the local front desk team as needed.
  • Manage outbound patient communication independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a U.S. dental or healthcare practice in a patient-facing administrative role.
  • Experience with out-of-network insurance verification (PPO) is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with dental EMR or scheduling software; Fuse experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Prior hands-on experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Full-time contractor availability for 40 hours per week.

Benefits

  • $5 or $6 USD per hour depending on experience.

  • Aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
