Description

  • Own the customer communications calendar, including product updates, adoption campaigns, and lifecycle email programs.
  • Build and manage a customer advocacy program covering references, case studies, reviews, speakers, and advisory board members.
  • Launch and lead Jumio’s Customer Advisory Board, including member recruitment, agenda development, and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, proof points, templates, and campaign content with Marketing and go-to-market teams.
  • Plan and execute webinars, user groups, executive roundtables, and other customer events.
  • Use customer insights to inform Product, Marketing, and go-to-market strategies and communicate resulting actions to customers.
  • Support strategic renewal and expansion opportunities with tailored customer marketing programs.
  • Manage Jumio’s presence on G2, TrustRadius, and similar peer-review platforms.
  • Track advocacy participation, content usage, engagement, retention, expansion, adoption, and event outcomes.
  • Build the operating model and reporting infrastructure for Jumio’s customer marketing function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience building and operating a structured, scalable customer advocacy or reference program.
  • Experience building or managing a Customer Advisory Board or comparable executive customer community.
  • Strong content skills, including developing case studies, testimonials, and campaign materials.
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales without direct authority.
  • Ability to use customer success data, product usage signals, and campaign analytics to guide targeting and measure results.
  • Experience planning and executing customer-facing events, including webinars and executive roundtables.
  • Technical fluency and ability to create credible content for business, technology, and compliance audiences.
  • Domain knowledge of identity verification, KYC/AML, fintech, fraud prevention, or another regulated technology sector.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, commercial awareness, resilience, curiosity, and attention to both strategy and detail.
