Description

  • Conduct daily outreach to faculty through calls, emails, and 1:1 demos to set up course integrations and increase product usage.
  • Deliver product awareness sessions to expand adoption across existing customer universities and research institutes.
  • Present at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits to grow engagement and usage.
  • Provide implementation support and ensure consistent use of JoVE resources to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.
  • Communicate customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in a Life Science discipline.
  • Experience in science communications, academic outreach, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building remote relationships.
  • Experience with networking and cold calling preferred.
