Description

  • Conduct daily outreach to faculty through calls, emails, and one-on-one demos to set up JoVE integrations in courses and increase product usage.
  • Deliver product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes to increase adoption.
  • Present at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits to grow engagement and usage.
  • Provide implementation support to help ensure smooth subscription renewals and consistent use of JoVE resources.
  • Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines.
  • Experience in science communications, academic outreach, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building.
  • Experience with networking through cold calling is preferred.
