Description

  • Manage payroll processing, reimbursable expenses, reporting, and post-payroll procedures.
  • Administer contractor payments, including setup, invoicing, billing, and 1099 processing.
  • Oversee 401(k) administration and prepare required reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable workflows, vendor payments, cash balance monitoring, and billing issue resolution.
  • Manage accounts receivable, client collections, and invoice follow-up.
  • Own hiring operations, including job setup, job postings, assessments, screenings, interview coordination, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, access, documentation, and system setup/removal.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for IT and cybersecurity partners and help resolve access and technology issues.
  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and employee records, and respond to employee HR questions.
  • Support general operations, including contractor agreements, NDAs, software contract tracking, compliance follow-up, and leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar operations role.
  • Experience managing payroll, contractor payments, and financial operations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as TriNet or similar platforms.
  • Experience with benefits administration and hiring tools.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Comfort handling sensitive financial and employee data with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a proactive ownership approach.
