Description

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and build through optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Rehabilitate underperforming campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Test keywords, headlines, copy, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
  • Handle technical and creative tasks directly or coordinate freelancers when needed.
  • Report regularly to leadership on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
  • Implement new processes to improve team efficiency and agility.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads for local lead generation, ideally for U.S. B2C businesses.
  • Experience working in a marketing or digital advertising agency.
  • Strong track record of driving calls and form leads, not just traffic.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience using Target CPA bidding to consistently meet cost-per-lead goals.
  • Solid understanding of Google Business Profile integration and local/Maps ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear actions.
  • High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset focused on lead quality.
  • Bonus: Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Bonus: Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
  • Bonus: Experience with YouTube Ads or Google Display Network.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
  • Bonus: Experience working with U.S. dental or medical practices.
  • Bonus: Experience generating leads through other paid channels such as TikTok or programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to work full time from 6am–2pm EST with some flexibility.
  • Willingness to work remotely as an independent contractor.
