Description

  • Audit and repair tracking infrastructure across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X, including pixels, CAPI, GTM, and conversion events.
  • Diagnose and resolve discrepancies between ad platform reporting, Google Analytics 4, and CRM or pipeline data.
  • Implement or repair server-side tracking and other reliable, privacy-compliant event measurement setups.
  • Configure, validate, and document Google Tag Manager containers, triggers, tags, variables, and data layers.
  • Set up conversion events, custom conversions, and offline conversion imports where needed.
  • Verify landing page tracking integrity for page views, form submits, and downstream events.
  • Build, structure, and refine PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and X/Twitter Ads.
  • Run daily optimization activities such as negative keyword reviews, bid adjustments, targeting changes, and A/B tests.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports that connect campaign results to pipeline, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Content, and Design teams to align messaging, creative, experiments, documentation, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing and debugging Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js), LinkedIn Insight Tag, and X pixel.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, including building and troubleshooting containers, custom triggers, data layer variables, and event schemas.
  • Ability to diagnose tracking failures using browser DevTools, GTM Preview mode, Meta Events Manager or Test Events, and Google Tag Assistant.
  • Experience with server-side tagging or server-side GTM is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with GA4 event models, DebugView, and cross-platform attribution challenges.
  • Understanding of cookie consent frameworks and their impact on tracking, including GDPR and ePrivacy.
  • 3+ years of PPC campaign management across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding behavior, funnels, and intent mapping.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a growth-oriented, remote environment with fast iteration and experimentation.
