Description

  • Create tailored paid search strategies to increase visibility and generate high-quality leads across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Oversee daily campaign management, including planning, keyword research, A/B testing, optimization, and QA.
  • Develop campaign attribution models and reporting systems to measure performance and improve decision-making.
  • Track KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize results.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive trends, and industry changes to adapt campaign strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the paid search team and oversee resource planning and team structure.
  • Oversee the Lead Tracking team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and participate in client communications and meetings.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and digital marketing teams to improve the client experience and align omnichannel strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search for lead generation, with strategic planning and campaign optimization experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets under $5K for local service companies.
  • Experience managing 20+ accounts of this size simultaneously on a monthly basis.
  • Advertising agency experience is preferred, especially in lead generation for home services or similar industries.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Google Local Services Ads, and CTV.
  • Experience leading and developing teams with a strong record of campaign performance and ROI optimization.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, analytics tools, campaign automation, and bid management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and lead tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and landing page optimization.
  • Google certification in at least two of the following: Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, or Google Ads Video.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for communication with global teams and U.S. clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and explain complex strategies clearly.
  • Experience with Adalysis, WhatConverts, WeatherAds, or AgencyAnalytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bid management platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills are a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary of $3,000–$4,500 per month, depending on experience.
