Description

  • Own client communication and serve as the primary point of contact for active accounts.
  • Manage delivery timelines to ensure campaigns launch on time and deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain operational systems, including SOPs, workflows, reporting cadences, and escalation protocols.
  • Identify risks proactively and resolve issues or escalate them early with clear recommendations.
  • Run client calls and provide structured, high-quality status updates.
  • Shield the execution team from unnecessary interruptions and client back-and-forth.
  • Work with the team to uncover operational bottlenecks and improve processes as the company grows.
  • Support the scaling of client management operations across multiple accounts and future client pods.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing operations or account management at a fast-moving agency or services business.
  • Highly organized with a systems mindset and a strong ability to spot gaps before they become problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and calm under pressure.
  • Deeply proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, flag issues early, and take action independently.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand client and teammate needs beyond what is explicitly stated.
  • Deadline-obsessed and comfortable tracking, following up, and closing loops without reminders.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • AI fluent, with active use of AI tools and experience helping build AI-augmented workflows.
  • Availability aligned with U.S. business hours, with at least overlap until about 3 PM EST.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Preferred: experience coordinating remote, distributed teams across time zones.
  • Preferred: conversational familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Capterra, and G2.
