Description

  • Manage content, technical, and local SEO programmes across multiple client accounts.
  • Oversee Google Business Profiles, citations, reputation signals, and local link-building initiatives.
  • Audit websites and review location-specific content for accuracy and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and run SEO and GEO experiments, including A/B testing roadmaps.
  • Turn successful SEO and GEO tactics into scalable, repeatable client programmes.
  • Conduct competitor audits and monitor Google algorithm and AI-search updates.
  • Track performance, build reports, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Present strategy and performance updates to clients, C-level and private equity stakeholders, and internal leadership.
  • Lead direct reports and coordinate communication asynchronously outside U.S. Central Time overlap hours.

Requirements

  • Strong technical, content, and local SEO skills, including keyword research, site audits, schema, crawl management, and indexing.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Business Profile management, citation building, and local ranking factors.
  • Experience with Yext, BrightLocal, or similar local listing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of GEO and AI-driven changes to organic search visibility.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Confidence presenting findings and answering questions from clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, prioritize work, and explain insights to nontechnical audiences.
  • Availability for 4–5 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Central Time, ideally until approximately 2:00 PM CT.
  • Healthcare or multi-location client experience preferred.
  • Experience with SEO A/B testing, Birdeye or other reputation tools, and agency environments preferred.
