Description

  • Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google (PPC), Meta/Facebook, and emerging channels like YouTube and Instagram.
  • Optimize and scale campaigns to improve cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), lead quality, and downstream revenue.
  • Build, test, and iterate funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows to increase conversion rates.
  • Ensure accuracy of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, and CRM integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Test and launch new channels, creatives, offers, and audience segments.
  • Report, analyze, and present performance with clear insights into ROI and growth opportunities.
  • Support and launch paid campaigns across multiple business lines including real estate, lending, software, and wholesale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta/Facebook Ads with meaningful spend.
  • Experience working remotely with international and US-based businesses.
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnels).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.
  • Comfort managing and optimizing $25k–$50k+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and familiarity with Zapier or Make.com, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining strategy and performance.
  • Preferred: exposure to YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, AI tools for creative/analysis/optimization, experience with Keap or similar CRMs, landing page/funnel optimization experience, background in real estate/lending/high-ticket local services, and graphic design experience.

  • Salary $3,000–$3,500 per month (flexible for an exceptional candidate).
  • Full-time, fully remote role working US hours (Monday–Friday, typical 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm with some flexibility).
