Description

  • Execute SEO optimization for website pages, blog content, and marketing materials.
  • Schedule, organize, and track content and campaigns across marketing channels.
  • Maintain and update the annual marketing calendar, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Publish social content consistently across LinkedIn, Facebook, the website, and other platforms.
  • Track marketing, social, website, and campaign analytics and share performance insights.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks to keep leadership organized and focused.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare prospective client research before meetings using AI resources.
  • Draft professional follow-up emails, proposals, spreadsheets, and other operational documents from templates.
  • Maintain workflows, SOPs, CRM contact lists, and systems in ClickUp and related tools.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or virtual assistant role focused on digital marketing and website management.
  • Experience working remotely for international or US businesses.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to see how tasks and systems affect other people and processes.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics.
  • Above-average knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in spelling, grammar, and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with WIX, Constant Contact, Nimble, ClickUp, and Canva, with foundational knowledge prioritized over platform-specific expertise.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
