Description

  • Proactively engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early product usage.
  • Reach out to users showing low activity or early churn signals and help reactivate them.
  • Serve as a human recovery layer by diagnosing user frustration and rebuilding trust through direct conversation.
  • Help users understand how to improve their results through clear and empathetic guidance.
  • Recommend profile, CV, or job-search improvements, including paid add-ons when they provide real value.
  • Share user feedback and recurring patterns with the Product team to improve the customer experience.
  • Support activation, retention, and additional product conversion goals through consistent follow-up.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent or native English and Russian.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone.
  • Comfortable working proactively rather than waiting for tickets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
  • High-speed internet connection with VPN-free access.
