Description

  • Proactively engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early product usage.
  • Reach out to low-activity or at-risk users and help them re-engage with the product.
  • Act as a human recovery layer by handling frustration, diagnosing issues, and rebuilding trust through conversation.
  • Help users understand how to improve their results through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Recommend profile, CV, and job search improvements, including relevant paid add-ons when appropriate.
  • Share recurring user feedback and patterns with the Product team to improve the customer experience.
  • Track and contribute to key success metrics such as activation, retention, and additional product conversion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent or native English and Russian.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone.
  • Comfortable working proactively rather than waiting for tickets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
  • High-speed internet connection with VPN-free access.
  • Prior management references are required during the hiring process.
