Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features for the JobHunt Engine.
  • Own the product lifecycle from hypothesis through scaled impact, with accountability for business results.
  • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solutions in partnership with ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and delivery processes for AI features.
  • Design and run rapid validation cycles using appropriate experimentation methods such as A/B tests, shadow models, or phased rollouts.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty using limited data or infrastructure.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to decompose ambiguous problems and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to align stakeholders on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Drive improvements in matching, ranking, personalization, and job discovery relevance.
  • Contribute to product delivery with a hands-on, prototype-first approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, or personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows with ML engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to formulate and test product/ML hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations when making decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build quick prototypes without over-engineering.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, noisy data, and contradictory model results.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer roles.
  • Nice to have: HRTech experience.
