Description

Own product initiatives end-to-end, including writing specs, defining scope, building, shipping, and monitoring metrics.
Work directly with product and founders to decide what to build and what to defer.
Use AI agents to support code review, test generation, and boilerplate while maintaining code quality standards.
Own production health in your area, including bugs, incidents, test coverage, and codebase quality.
Measure and improve delivery speed, including lead time, throughput, and agent cycle time.
Evaluate feature impact by tracking whether business metrics move and iterating when they do not.
Push back on low-value work and propose experiments before committing to larger builds.

Requirements

English and Russian fluency.
Strong experience in product-driven companies with a focus on retention, conversion, UX, and feature success measurement.
Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI tools into production applications, or advanced use of AI assistants to accelerate development.
Proven track record of shipping features that improve business KPIs rather than only completing backlog items.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
Commercial backend development experience with NestJS.
Strong frontend experience with React or Next.js.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization.
Experience working with MongoDB at scale, including 100M+ documents or 50GB+ of data.
Experience with RabbitMQ, HTTP/1.1, Git, and refactoring legacy codebases or major architectural components.
Nice to have: experience designing complex information system architectures from scratch.
Nice to have: experience with Redis for caching and pub/sub.
Nice to have: experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

$4,000-$6,500 salary range.
38 days off plus sick leave.
100% remote, full-time position.
