Description

  • Drive conversion from registration to purchase through triggered email, SMS, and web push journeys.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage renewal and rebill flows by subscription plan tier.
  • Build pre-cancellation intervention flows using cancel reasons to reduce churn.
  • Create and operate reactivation campaigns for cancelled customers across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for Resume Review and Resume Builder products.
  • Lead the migration to a new omnichannel platform and manage channel tooling.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Launch and operate SMS as a compliant marketing channel in the US.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows.
  • Implement holdout-based measurement to attribute incremental revenue across flows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle program experience in the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo; Maestra is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to build segments and validate data independently.
  • Subscription-business mindset with focus on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Ability to work quickly in a small team with a bias toward action.
  • English and Russian language proficiency.
  • Experience migrating from a damaged email domain, preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or related consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming, preferred.
  • Russian as a working language with the team, preferred.
  • Experience with iMessage Business or RCS, preferred.
