Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered email, SMS, and web push sequences for post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding journeys.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage differentiated renewal flows by subscription plan tier.
  • Build pre-cancel intervention flows using captured cancellation reasons to reduce churn and improve rebill rates.
  • Develop and run a reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization flows for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead migration from the current email service provider to an omnichannel lifecycle platform.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a fully compliant marketing channel in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Implement web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle cascades.
  • Set up incremental measurement with holdouts and report per-flow incremental revenue.
  • Create process documentation and tooling that reduce key-person risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle marketing experience on the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US with knowledge of TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • Strong SQL skills to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • A subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • A track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally using holdout methodology.
  • Ability to move quickly and execute in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain is preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming is preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience is preferred.
  • English and Russian communication skills are preferred.
